Illustrated Idea Notes — Old World Charm

About this piece

Old World Charm brings a typewriter, camera, gramophone, globe and rotary telephone to five illustrated note designs. Some thoughts are meant to go somewhere: into a friend’s hand, between the pages of a book, alongside a gift, or onto a notice board. Each little idea gets its own place to begin.

Each 3 × 3 inch sheet is loose, blank and has no adhesive. Choose a pack of 30 or 50 notes, featuring five illustrated designs with space for names, reminders and ideas. Gallery handwriting shows an example of use.

Write one, tuck it into a book or gift, pass it along, or use a pin or tape to display it. The loose-sheet format lets each note go where its message belongs.

The original artwork and product design are by Aishwarya Ashok for Rue Des Arts. Each piece is produced in a small batch, checked in the studio and packed with care for delivery across India.
