Orders are processed in 4-5 working days and shipped across India. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
Bundles and matching loose-item combinations use the same rate. Three postcards, two postcards plus a colouring card, or a travel tag plus colouring-card set are ₹80 in Chennai and ₹125 across the rest of India. An A5 notebook plus postcard, A5 art print plus clay magnet plus postcard, A5 notebook plus travel tag plus colouring card, two lino notebooks, or two or more notebooks or magnets are ₹100 in Chennai and ₹150 elsewhere. Bookmark-only orders of up to 2 use the standard ₹50 / ₹90 tier; the highest matching tier applies.
Payment
Orders must be paid online. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Returns and damaged products
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. Damaged or defective item claims require an unboxing video and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
